Catering & Food Options - If you want to bring your coworkers, academic colleagues, or business partners to an outstanding meeting of the minds, then it helps to have some good food ready. Club on the Green partners with some of the classiest restaurants around town to give you several catering options. Some of our previous clients have enjoyed food choices such as seafood, BBQ, hibachi, and more. We can tailor menus to fit the size and needs of any conference opportunity. Large or Small Meetings & Conferences - Your Choice - The Bluefield Country Club covers several acres, which accommodates every kind of meeting, gathering, or conference, big or small. You can rent space for a single evening or multiple days at a time. We provide the rooms and recreational area to handle 20-50 person conferences or larger meetings for hundreds of people. There’s plenty of space for platforms and stage equipment for speeches or conference talks. We also have everything you need for Wi-Fi access, audio/electrical gear, projectors, screens, and any other tech gizmos. Many of our clients will reserve our services for a conference, enjoy the amenities so much, and revisit us for their organization’s holiday party later in the year.
